Dhaka Apparels is a registered stock garments supplier in Bangladesh, specializing in sourcing and exporting ready garments to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors worldwide.

3. Products & Services

  • Dhaka Apparels supplies ready stock garments including T-shirts, shirts, trousers, denim, jackets, knitwear, sportswear, and children’s wear.
  • Product availability depends on current stock and sourcing capacity.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images but do not guarantee that colors, textures, or details will exactly match physical items due to variations in photography, display settings, or supplier changes.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by Dhaka Apparels.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on order size, market conditions, or currency fluctuations.
  • Bulk pricing and discounts are offered at our sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms in invoices or contracts.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment methods include bank transfer, Payoneer, or PayPal.
  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation or as agreed in a signed contract.
  • Any delay in payment may result in shipment delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ensure timely delivery and work with trusted logistics partners. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen global shipping issues.
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer once products are handed over to the carrier.
  • Dhaka Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, port strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As we deal primarily in bulk garment supply, returns are generally not accepted unless agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.
  • Refunds may only be issued in cases of proven defective products or contractual breach by Dhaka Apparels.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including logos, images, text, and graphics, are the property of Dhaka Apparels unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

  • Buyers must ensure that all import/export documentation, taxes, duties, and customs compliance are properly managed for their respective countries.
  • Dhaka Apparels is not responsible for legal or regulatory issues once products have been shipped and cleared for export.

11. Termination of Business Relationship

Dhaka Apparels reserves the right to terminate contracts or suspend services in cases of non-payment, misuse of our brand, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to business dealings with Dhaka Apparels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Dhaka Apparels may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
  • Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
